After Candice explains how the brain responds to trauma and 3 big phases in recovery, she goes, together with us, over different approaches to Trauma Recovery, illustrated with examples and stories. As we are all different, we are going to respond very differently to the different modalities, that is why it is important to be aware and educated on the existence of different modalities, so we can find what works for us.
